Traditional executive coaching works with one leader at a time. GRITT works with the entire leadership team simultaneously, using behavioral and cognitive data to create shared clarity around how people think, communicate, and lead. The goal isn't individual improvement - it's team alignment.
We are certified in the Predictive Index (PI) for behavioral and cognitive assessment, Kolbe for decision-making style, and Gallup CliftonStrengths. These tools are used to benchmark roles, guide hiring decisions, develop leaders, and build team alignment - not as personality labels, but as practical guides for performance.
Most GRITT engagements run 3 years. The first three to six months are the most intensive - assessments, alignment sessions, and system installation. After that, engagements transition to a quarterly and monthly rhythm. Many clients continue beyond 24 months in an ongoing advisory capacity.
